About Us
Imenco Imenco Future Technologies was established in 2023 and is part of the Imenco group, consisting of various companies within different industries. Imenco was established in 1979 as an engineering company and was for the first 20 years engaged in a variety of subsea projects. as a consequence of the growing market for subsea technology, Imenco Future Technologies was established to separate technology products from the general portfolio and dedicate more resources to research and development.

Throughout the years Imenco has grown through the development of our own solutions and through the acquisition of other companies. Imenco is now a group of companies working mainly in five main business areas: Offshore oil & gas, offshore renewables, aquaculture, marine & naval and industrial.

We have a leading position within subsea camera-, light-, laser- & electronics- technologies, retrofit systems for underwater corrosion protection, military and civil aviation refuelling systems, subsea & topside lifting & handling solutions, aquaculture camera technology, mil and civil visual surveillance CCTV systems and underwater acoustic communication & positioning systems. We are also a major player within hydraulics systems, machining services, diving systems and EPC contracts.

Imenco established
Imenco was established in 1979 as an engineering company and was for the first 20 years mainly engaged in subsea projects before gradually extending its portfolio of products and solutions to other industries.

By the acquisition of the consultancy company Gardner Technologies (GTI), Imenco LLC establishes a new office in Annapolis, Maryland.
