At Imenco Future Technologies our relationship with clients doesn’t stop when equipment leaves our facilities. We aim to ensure that our clients get the best value from our products and systems and avoid unnecessary costs due to downtime. We provide ongoing support in the following areas.
Training

Imenco Future Technologies offers training courses to ensure users of our solutions have the competency to set up, operate, and maintain equipment ensuring maximum value is achieved and downtime is minimised.
Training is delivered by Imenco Future Technologies subject matter experts, including engineers, product managers, and offshore technicians who have the greatest level of field knowledge.
Training courses typically include real equipment and software for hands-on experience. Courses can be hosted in Imenco global bases, or can be set up at client premises to align with user availability.
Training courses can be arranged on-request for any Imenco Future Technologies solution.
Offshore Service
Imenco Future Technologies solutions are world renowned for extreme reliability, but where on-site support is required we have a global group of technicians who can mobilise to meet client requirements for the life of the deployed solution.
Support provided includes:
- Site integration testing
- Onshore / Offshore commissioning
- System health checks
- System configuration changes
- Software updates
- Equipment repair / replacement
- Equipment operation
- Equipment decommissioning and preparation for storage
Technicians are trained and certified for typical offshore travel requirements. Where particular client requirements include additional training, we can arrange for Imenco Future Technologies personnel to attend relevant courses.

Repairs and Spares

Imenco Future Technologies solutions are world renowned for extreme reliability, but when things do go wrong Imenco Future Technologies can support global clients with repairs and spares to ensure systems operate with best performance.
Equipment returned to site will be inspected for faults and minor repairs carried out where necessary. For more significant repair requirements, component repair or complete replacement options will be discussed with clients before being carried out.
