N\u00e5r du skal maskinere harde metaller skiller gnisting seg ut som metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved hjelp av tr\u00e5dgnist og senkegnist-teknologi kan Imenco levere komplekse former &#8211; selv i harde metaller som er utfordrende for mer tradisjonell maskinering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Typiske komponenter som formes med gnisting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gnisting benyttes ofte for \u00e5 produsere komponenter i hardt metall. Eksempelvis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tannhjul<\/strong> &#8211; spesielt sm\u00e5 eller presisjonskrevende tannhjul, f.eks. i herdet st\u00e5l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formverkt\u00f8y<\/strong> &#8211; inkludert st\u00f8peformer og stanseverkt\u00f8y med komplekse hulrom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ventildeler<\/strong> &#8211; for olje og gass, ofte i korrosjonsbestandige superlegeringer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turbinblader<\/strong> &#8211; og tilh\u00f8rende innfestinger i materialer som Inconel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kilespor og sportprofiler<\/strong> &#8211; med krav til n\u00f8yaktig passform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hydrauliske komponenter<\/strong> &#8211; som krever h\u00f8y tetthet og lav toleranseavvik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Injektordeler og dysesystemer<\/strong> &#8211; der overflatefinish og presisjon er kritisk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slitedeler i prosessindustrien<\/strong> &#8211; som m\u00e5 t\u00e5le ekstreme temperaturer og trykk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00f8y presisjon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gnisting gir mulighet for maskinering med ekstremt h\u00f8y n\u00f8yaktighet, ofte med veldig sm\u00e5 toleranser. Dette gj\u00f8r teknologien ideell for komponenter der presisjon er avgj\u00f8rende. I motsetning til tradisjonelle metoder p\u00e5virkes ikke prosessen av varmegang eller mekanisk belastning som tilf\u00f8rer materialet energi ved maskinering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stabil produksjon uavhengig av materialets hardhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gnisting er en ikke-kontaktbasert prosess, noe som gj\u00f8r den uavhengig av materialets hardhet. Dette betyr at metoder som tr\u00e5dgnist og senkegnist kan benyttes til \u00e5 bearbeide blant annet herdet st\u00e5l, titan og Inconel, Duplex, Super Duplex med samme stabilitet og kontroll som mykere metaller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e5dgnisting vs. senkegnisting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Senkegnist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Senkegnist, p\u00e5 engelsk spark erosion eller diesinking EDM, er en prosess som bruker elektriske gnister for \u00e5 erodere materiale fra et arbeidsstykke. I motsetning til tr\u00e5dgnist, der en tr\u00e5d brukes som elektrode, benytter senkegnist en formet elektrode som er spesialtilpasset den \u00f8nskede konturen eller formen som skal lages i arbeidsstykket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/imenco.com\/machining\/hva-er-senkegnist\/\">Les mer om senkegnisting her.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tr\u00e5dgnist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e5dgnist benytter en tynn, elektrisk ledende tr\u00e5d &#8211; gjerne i form av en \u00d80,25mm belagt messingtr\u00e5d &#8211; som verkt\u00f8y for \u00e5 kutte eller forme metall. Tr\u00e5den beveger seg gjennom arbeidsstykket uten \u00e5 ber\u00f8re det direkte. I stedet genereres sm\u00e5 gnister mellom tr\u00e5den og arbeidsstykket, som fjerner materiale punktvis.
