Introduction
Our aviation fuel recycling system is designed for durability and efficiency, featuring a stainless steel drip tray and base frame, enclosed within a high-quality, offshore-grade aluminium shelter. Equipped with a sliding door, this enclosure ensures minimal maintenance requirements while providing a dry, sheltered, and well-lit workspace for operations.
A separate cabinet containing the fuel testing and recycling equipment is provided to ensure optimal environmental control and safe operation. Connected to the fuel storage tank and dispenser unit via tubing, the system allows for sampling in a fully enclosed process, preventing spills and enhancing safety. Once a sample has been taken and tested, the fuel is stored in a tank within the cabinet. The jet fuel is then filtered and cleaned before being transferred to a jet fuel storage tank.
