Malm Orstad opens its new 6200 sqm production facilities at Voll.
2014
Acquisition of Bauer Hydraulics
Imenco acquires the Norwegian based Bauer Hydraulics, a company with a rich industrial history going back to 1925.
2020
Acquisition of Malm Orstad
The acquisition ot the Voll based Malm Orstad company, with a rich industrial history going back to 1946, introducing a wide spectre of products within the segments of advanced topside products.

Acquisition of Salte AS
Imenco acquires the Norwegian based Salte AS, specialized in advanced machining services
